The cuisine

Offering a balance between tradition and innovation, Chef Paecke’s cuisine perfects the subtleties of taste and texture in every component of his menu — from Königsberger Klopse, to Wagyu Rump Steak Frites, to Seasonal Greens sourced from neighbourhood organic farms.

"Let them eat cake"

History is unclear on whether Marie Antoinette, or another great French Princess truly uttered the famous words Qu'ils mangent de la brioche. The phrase “let them eat cake" represents a level of finesse — and now we have adopted the concept of brioche as a communal gift, served with a smile at Margo.
